This rare phenomenon — a Dragoon Mountain fed, deep well-water oasis in the heart of Southern Arizona — the communities of St. David Springs are truly unique. For some, they promise a simple farm life close to the land. For others, the draw is a roomy one-acre lot, modern home and a vast, private park along the San Pedro River.
River Bend Ranch offers a total of 43 home sites, including sites ideal for crops and farm animals.
Escalante Crossing offers 36 homesites alongside 50 more acres of lush, preserved park land exclusively for residents and their guests. The San Pedro River meanders through the park, amid towering cottonwoods, picnic benches, the occasional barbecue stand and quiet, secluded alcoves for privacy and wildlife watching.
