This rare phenomenon — a Dragoon Mountain fed, deep well-water oasis in the heart of Southern Arizona — the communities of St. David Springs are truly unique. For some, they promise a simple farm life close to the land. For others, the draw is a roomy one-acre lot, modern home and a vast, private park along the San Pedro River.

Phase 1

River Bend Ranch offers a total of 43 home sites, including sites ideal for crops and farm animals.

Escalante Crossing

Phase 2

Escalante Crossing offers 36 homesites alongside 50 more acres of lush, preserved park land exclusively for residents and their guests. Artesian Water

Artesian Water
Potable artesian water flows to the surface from its source, 800 feet below and stored above grade at a recharge rate of 250 gallons per minute, ensuring abundant water and consistent pressure. Irrigation water is provided to River Bend Ranch sites by a separate well capable of producing 400 gallons of water per minute.
